This helps to reduce the process of screening the application by checking with the needed keywords.This is a story of a manager in Reddit platform ,he noticed for the past three months the HR team has done their screening with ATS."The truly infuriating part was that I consistently talked to them asking for progress, and they always told me that they had some candidates that didn't pass the first screening processes, which was false," he explained.

Already there are 40% of companies started using AI for the recruitment .Its is clear that we need a balanced approach to make this more efficient.Even though AI is enhancing the efficiency ,human should also be alert with the mechanisms .This should be taken as a serious consideration because it affect both talent employees and company in losing an valid applicant
